Classes

All classes are bookable through the links below, please note there are limited spaces. 

Mats and yoga blocks are provided for all classes so come as you are and dress comfortably ready to stretch. I recommend bare feet but you can wear socks if you feel more comfortable.

Stretch, Release & Restore. Tuesdays & Wednesdays 7.15pm

Stretch, Mobilise & Release 

A 60 minute class focused on passive stretching combined with strength and mobility.

A 60 minute class, for those who work out and need to stretch. We strengthen, improve range of motion and aid recovery

A 75 minute class to help you slow down and focus on what your body needs. Passive stretching and breathing techniques to melt the week away.

Ballers Stretch. Every other Sunday at Nottingham Wildcats Arena

Ballers Stretch

A 60 minute class aimed at

basketball players age 13+ 

Stretching, strength, mobility and breathing techniques to help recovery, increase flexibility and strengthen connective tissue. 

Could also make you more bouncy!!
