Wellbeing at School
Schools are a place of friendship, laughter and creativity - however too often than not they are also a place of stress, anxiety and mis-understanding.
I specialise in bringing calm to a variety of settings and work with both individuals and groups to help them regain control of their anxiety and stress. I teach about the body as well as moving it, help young people to understand how they can feel calmer in their bodies by using simple techniques to centre them and also bring valuable movement where required to help those young people who maybe aren't engaged with other physical activities.
