Classes & Events Refund and Booking Policy

Stretch it Better

By booking a Stretch it Better class, 1:1 session or event, you agree to the following terms:

Non-Refundable & Limited Transfer Policy
• All bookings are non-refundable. Once a space is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Bookings cannot be transferred to future events, but you may pass your ticket on to a friend if you can no longer attend. This is your own responsibility, and you must inform us of the name change before the event.

1:1 cancellations - I understand that plans can change, but I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows
• To maintain the integrity and flow of the session, late arrivals may not be admitted once the class has begun.
• No refunds or credits will be provided for missed sessions or no-shows.

Health & Well-being Considerations
• Deep stretching work may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions (e.g very recently injured, recent surgery, severe mental health conditions, complex needs). By booking, you confirm that you are fit to participate.

You are responsible for your own body - listen to your limits at all times.
Ensure you disclose any relevant health information either on booking or at the start of the class (e.g. vertigo, dizziness, recent surgery, injuries, pregnancy, etc.) 

• If you have any concerns, please consult a medical professional before attending.

Event Cancellations
• On the rare occasion that Stretch it Better needs to cancel a session, attendees will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future class/event.

Waiver
You agree to release Stretch it Better, the venue and all associated parties from liability for any injury, loss or claim arising from participation.

By booking a space, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to this policy.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure you complete a new client form before you attend your first class. It is very quick and ensures I am aware of any concerns you may have.
