I offer individual sessions either in person or via zoom. The first session will always be done via zoom, will be free and will last for 40 minutes. If you then want to go ahead, you will need 4 weeks (1 hour per week with me) and a minimum of 15 minutes per day to practice.

Block of 4 x 1 hour 1:1 sessions is £200 (via zoom) or £250 (in person NG/DE postcodes)
Introductory session free with no commitment
Alternative: If you come along to my class on Wednesdays in NG16, I offer an add-on. You will need to come to class for 4 consecutive weeks, I will build a plan for you to stretch and build strength everyday inbetween classes. It will be tailored to you and your body's needs.
Class is £8 per session (£5 for all TGS Kimberley members).
Add on (15 minutes after class for 3 weeks) along with daily stretches is £60
