WELL-BEING in the WORKPLACE

Workplace stress, general life stress and postural pain issues are all on the rise. Businesses see higher absenteeism, decreased productivity and less creativity and focus from employees. 

 

You can give back to your employees and in turn also your business by adding in some breath work and stretch sessions/workshops or even a full day to reset employee well-being and create a space for employees to start to understand how to help themselves with their own health.

1:1 SESSIONS

I offer 1:1 sessions in person (if you live in NG/DE postcodes) or via zoom if further afield. 

We will do an introductory session which is free of charge and gives us both an understanding of whether this is a good fit for you. 

I then offer blocks of 4 x 1 hour sessions, tailored to you, with movements to do everyday inbetween sessions.

You will see big changes in how it feels to move your body, how everyday movements no longer give you pain, and you will always have the learning and understanding gained over the sessions to be able to continue to help yourself. 

Depending on your needs, 1:1 sessions can be designed to focus on: 

  • reduction of pain

  • increased mobility

  • injury recovery

  • improved performance

  • tension and trauma release

SUPPORT IN SCHOOLS

There are many areas where I can offer support in schools: 

  • individual sessions with young people struggling to feel calm

  • small group sessions with young people to help with stress and give them tools to help them cope with the world better

  • group sessions with young people to teach them about their body and how amazing it is

  • sessions with teachers to help with stress, tension, aches & pains. A time to give back to your body.

Free introductory sessions are available and encouraged so you can see the difference this work can make

These can range in length and focus, and can often involve other professionals with their own areas of expertise.

These experiences create space in the busyness to learn, restore, realign and rest.
